With over 70 years of business, ADL is well known to provide the best tasting milk from our local Island cows. 

They also supply cheese, butters, and have their own retail store where they sell various other products, such as our takeout dishes, and brioche buns for our specialty sandwiches! 

Arlington Orchards is family owned and operated which has been in business for well over 30 years! 

With over 32 acres worth of apple orchards alone (not including the 18 acres of other fruits), Arlington Orchards offers over 27 different varieties - our favourite of which is Gala, found in Mama's potato salad. 

We are also in the works of using their old apple tree branches (from being pruned) to smoke our meat throughout the summer! 

Kool Breeze Farms began with a small greenhouse in the mid 80s, and by the start of the 1990s, brothers Ian and Douglas Simmons had begun Kool Breeze Farms. 

They now sell everything from flowers, to landscaping, to produce and eggs! Something of which our potato salad does not go without, and we make sure this is where they come from.

Maritime Madness is a hot sauce company which prides itself in ensuring the best ingredients go into their hot sauces. 

Designed, produced, packaged and shipped from right here in PEI, Maritime Madness has been in business for over 20 years, and we are super glad to be able to offer their sauces at Big Red!

Kays Wholesale has been in business since 1952, and currently has well over 7,000 different items to choose from. 

We are able to purchase our biodegradable take-out dishes from Kays, which allows you to bring home your smoky goodness. 

Chad Ceretti is the third-generation of a family of butchers who run this store, his grandfather having established it in 1938.

This is where Big Red is set up, and where we get the gross majority of our meat and literally anything else we might have forgotten picking up throughout the week!
